This place had helpful and well-informed staff at the front desk, and I had a great time here; the location was fantastic, just a short stroll to the Hurtigruten terminal and the city center.

the booking and transfer to the winter activities was good organised from hotel, location was perfect, the transfer to the airport is in front of the hotel

quite expensive for the comforts that offers, the breakfast was very poor comparing with other rica hotels in norway

The welcoming team at the reception desk made our stay enjoyable. I had a delicious breakfast with hot options, waffles, and international dishes. - the hotel's central location right next to War Mothers Monument was convenient. - the area was extremely comfortable for our family.

Because of a flight fault on our aircraft from Oslo we arrived at around 11.00pm. A sandwich or some small meal would have been appreciated.

The location was magnificent and easy to access. The staff was super friendly and addressed my every need. The rooms were modern with a well-presented bathroom, kettle, and an extra bed.

We arrived early, and, while our room was not ready, we were able to have coffee, fruit, and access to free internet in the lounge while we waited. It was a very kind service, especially as it was very cold outside.

The location turned out to be particularly good and easy, just off excellent museums. We loved the breakfast, it was large with including chocolate cake.

Overall clean place with efficient and best staff and spectacular view over the town. Excellent and unbeatable location familiar to the specific way of ordering a cab, easy to get anywhere. And short walk to the center of the city. Really had real good stay for one night.
